About the event

This presentation is based on our many years of experience with interacting with neighbors who own property adjacent to an upcoming construction site that will require blasting for rock excavation. Based on our experience, there are generally a few upset people when the news is brought to their attention. We will discuss how to interact with the neighbors. We will discuss ways to identity potential complaints based on our experience. We will discuss common causes of cracking in structures, common concerns, and appropriate responses to those concerns. Last, we will discuss ways to resolve a claim if it goes to litigation.
